Terms of Service

Last updated: October 11, 2026

These terms govern your use of AnyManual (anymanual.page), run by Artem Labunko, a private individual in Ukraine ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use AnyManual.

The service

AnyManual translates instruction manuals that users upload as PDF files, shows them in a reader with the original side by side, and keeps translations in a shared library so the next owner of the same product can read them straight away. The service is free. Free accounts get the first pages of each manual translated, within monthly limits; administrators can give some accounts larger limits. We may change, limit or stop features at any time.

Accounts

What you may upload

Upload only instruction manuals, user guides and similar documentation that you are entitled to use this way, for example a manual for a product you own. Do not upload:

Every upload is checked automatically; uploads that look unsafe are held for review or rejected.

Your content and our use of it

You keep whatever rights you have in what you upload and write. You allow us, worldwide and free of charge, to store, process, translate and display your uploads, their translations and your comments in order to run AnyManual, including showing them to other users according to the visibility you choose: everyone signed in for the library (the default), or only the people you share with for private manuals. This permission lasts while the content is on the service. Library manuals stay available to other readers after you leave unless you ask us to remove them.

Translations

Translations are made by machine and are unofficial. They can be incomplete or wrong, and they are not approved by the manufacturer. Before any step that matters for safety, health or the correct use of a product, check the original text, which the reader shows next to every part. The manufacturer's original documentation always prevails.

Rights holders and reports

If you hold rights in a manual and object to it being on AnyManual, use Report in the reader or write to [email protected] with the manual's title or link and the basis of your claim. We will review it promptly and may take the manual down. You can report wrong translations and other problems the same way.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break or bypass its security, access other people's data, overload it, scrape it on a large scale, or use it to send spam or harmful content. Treat other readers with respect in comments.

No warranty

AnyManual is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or that translations will be accurate or complete.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for damage caused by relying on a translation without checking the original. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Ending your use

You can stop using AnyManual at any time and ask us to delete your account at [email protected]. We may end or suspend your access as described above. Sections on your content, translations, liability and governing law continue to apply after that.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with its date and, for important changes, tell signed-in users in the app or by email. If you continue to use AnyManual after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, and the courts of Ukraine have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
